Ruabon and community boasts a wealth of sporting and recreation opportunities.

There is a brand new club in the village; Ruabon Rovers FC.

They will play on the Recreational Ground in Ruabon, as well as Ysgol Rhiwabon.

Ruabon Bowling Club is long established and has a strong membership.
